Looking Ahead To A Post DEI World In 2025

We are grateful to all who spoke up and told the truth this year. In many schools, we have seen acknowledgments that DEI has gone too far. As a result, some schools have begun to be aware that parents and students have had enough. Others (though not enough) are trying to bring viewpoint diversity to campus.

Diversity of Thought Conference: Imagining A Post-DEI World

November 14-15, 2025

With all of the negative fallout from the recent People of Color Conference (PoCC), we are offering a positive alternative. Save the date for our third Diversity of Thought Conference: Imagining A Post-DEI World. We will hear from thought leaders who promote the telos of truth over social justice, high-performing cultures, habits for success, patriotism, the role of faith, and the search for purpose.

The underlying focus will be on positive guiding values such as:

  • Facts over feelings

  • Common sense over luxury beliefs

  • Curiosity over condemnation

  • Intellectual humility over hubris

  • Free inquiry over viewpoint suppression

  • Compassion over suffocating empathy

  • Gratitude over grievance

We hope you will save the date and sign up for our newsletter to receive conference updates and other interesting news.

In the meantime, wishing you a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Happy New Year!
